Registration Deadlines
We must receive completed forms for campers and payments as follows:
TEXAS TREK February 1, 2008
COLORADO MONEY CAMP May 1, 2008
ALASKA! June 1, 2008

DEPOSITS and / or FULL PAYMENT required upon sign-up to reserve seats. DEPOSIT is non-refundable.

After due dates, incomplete forms or payments due will result in cancellation of your registration without refund. A boy from the waiting list will then fill your space.

Upon receipt of deposits all campers will receive an application packet and instructions in the mail about departure locations, times and dates, packing information, medical release forms, etc. This is critical information and parents and campers are requested to pay close attention, complete and return all information by mail as soon as practical.

Any questions may be directed to us at Fort Smith and we will be glad to provide answers. Trips will fill on a first come, first serve basis therefore Fort Smith will not guarantee availability on any trips. As part of the application process new campers are required to provide letters of recommendation and a self-profile for the trip to complete registration. As part of the application process and before campers are fully accepted to the trips we will wish to meet and interview both the camper and the parents. We take pride in getting to know each and every boy on our trip and this interview helps us in preparing for the trips.

CANCELLATION within 60 days of registration will result in forfeiture of tuition with no refunds. You may consider purchase of trip cancellation insurance through a private organization if desired. No refunds are possible for a boy who arrives late, chooses to leave early or attends only part of a trip. Campers not accepted because of available trip space will receive notice and the full deposit will be refunded. In all other cases, the deposit is non-refundable. If for any reason Fort Smith is required to cancel a scheduled trip, all monies deposited, and/or paid will be refunded..

All trips will originate from and return to Georgetown, Texas a suburb 26 miles north of Austin, Texas on Interstate Highway 35. In the application packets there will be information containing maps, locations, times of departure and return. This is critical information and parents are requested to attend to precise times to the good of all concerned.

Fort Smith provides most necessary equipment with a few exceptions. We will send you a a list of suggested and required equipment at the time we receive your deposit and completed application.
